The Quickest Way to Secure Your Bloomington Party Bus Rental
Partybusstpaul.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — a fast, free way to see different vehicles and rates from transportation companies serving Bloomington, Minnesota and the surrounding metro, all in one place. Instead of calling company after company, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up — you fill out one quick form and instantly compare buses and pricing from a wide network.
That's the whole idea.
Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup near the Mall of America, a 25-passenger party bus for a bachelorette night hopping through the North Loop, or a full 56-passenger charter bus to move a corporate group between the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and a Bloomington convention hotel — Partybusstpaul.com makes comparing options fast and free. Amenities Available for Your Bloomington Bus Rental
Not every Bloomington group trip needs the same setup — and through this site, you can compare vehicles that match what your group actually wants. A 15-50 passenger party bus typically comes with perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length built-in bar area. A minibus is a smart pick for corporate shuttles or wedding guest transfers, with reclining seats and powerful climate control for Minnesota winters.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms — a real advantage on longer runs between Bloomington and venues across the metro or outstate. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, so compare options side by side right on this site.

Stop Calling Around — Compare Bloomington Party Buses Here
The reason is simple — and it's genuinely good news. Partybusstpaul.com is not a single bus company with one fleet to offer you. It's a comparison site that pulls options from a wide network of transportation providers serving Bloomington and the Twin Cities metro, so you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date. More vehicle types.
More price points. More flexibility to find what actually fits your group.
Here's what that means practically: you fill out one quick form — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and compare vehicles and rates side by side. No account. No obligation.
No sitting on hold. If you'd rather talk it through, a support team is available at 218-520-3551 every day of the year to answer questions, walk you through options, and put together a package that fits your budget and itinerary. Whether you need a single party bus for a birthday night or a fleet of charter buses for a large convention at the Bloomington Convention Center, the process is the same: one call or one form, and you're comparing options in minutes.
Group Transportation Services Available in Bloomington
Partybusstpaul.com makes it easy to find group transportation for every type of Bloomington event — from airport transfers and wedding shuttles to concert trips, corporate shuttles, prom nights, game day travel, and brewery crawls. Whatever brings your group together, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 218-520-3551 to get moving!

Bloomington Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) sits right on Bloomington's northern edge — roughly 3 miles from the Mall of America hotel corridor and less than 5 miles from most of Bloomington's corporate hotel cluster along Interstate 494. That proximity sounds convenient until your group of 30 lands on separate flights, needs to collect checked bags, and then tries to coordinate enough rideshares to reach a hotel on American Boulevard. MSP handles more than 40 million passengers annually across two terminals — Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) and Terminal 2 (Humphrey) — and commercial ground transportation for prearranged buses uses designated staging areas on the lower level of each terminal's baggage claim.
The two terminals are roughly 3 miles apart and served by separate pickup zones, so knowing which terminal your group is arriving at before your bus is dispatched matters.
A charter bus or minibus transfer from MSP to Bloomington hotels eliminates the per-person rideshare math, keeps the whole group together, and stages at the curb the moment your last bag hits the carousel. Call 218-520-3551 to set up your Bloomington airport shuttle — or check the MSP airport bus rental guide for detailed terminal logistics before you book.

Bloomington Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The standard Bloomington bachelorette itinerary tends to start near the Mall of America hotel strip and move into Minneapolis — and that 10-mile run up I-35W or Highway 77 is exactly where the evening gets complicated without a bus. Surge pricing out of Bloomington spikes after 10 p.m. on weekends, particularly when multiple events are running simultaneously at the mall and nearby hotels. The last thing a bachelorette party needs is splitting into four separate rideshares on the way back from a late night in the North Loop or Uptown.
A Bloomington bachelorette party bus keeps the whole group together for the full night — built-in bar area, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, perimeter seating — from the first stop to the last. The bus handles the I-494 crawl so nobody in the group has to. Call 218-520-3551 to compare 15-50 passenger party bus options for your date, and book early: weekend nights in May, June, and September fill out fast across the metro.

Bloomington Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival at a Bloomington event venue or restaurant is one of the most memorable ways to mark a milestone birthday — and for Sweet 16 and quinceañera celebrations, the entrance moment matters just as much as the destination. Bloomington has a strong selection of banquet and event halls for large celebrations, including venues along American Boulevard and near the Mall of America. A Bloomington birthday party bus in the 20-40 passenger range handles both the group transportation and the pre-party in one — with LED lighting and a sound system already built in.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into Minneapolis for a dinner at a downtown restaurant or a night out in the North Loop, a party bus eliminates the designated driver conversation entirely. One flat rate, everyone together, no one checking their phone for an Uber at midnight. Call 218-520-3551 to check availability for your date — or use the online form to compare vehicle options in about a minute.

Bloomington Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Bloomington isn't home to a major standalone concert arena, but it sits at the geographic center of the Twin Cities' biggest music venues — and getting a group between them on a sold-out night is where things get expensive fast. U.S. Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis (401 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55415) hosts stadium-scale touring acts where surface lots around the stadium run $40–$60 on event days and fill before showtime. Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul (199 W Kellogg Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55102) books the bulk of the metro's arena concerts, and post-show rideshare queues on Kellogg Boulevard back up for 45 minutes on a busy Saturday night.
A Bloomington concert party bus rental solves both problems: your group loads up in Bloomington, rides together to the venue with the pregame energy already going, and gets picked up curbside after the final encore — no hunting for the rideshare pickup zone in the dark. Check the Xcel Energy Center bus rental guide for drop-off specifics, and call 218-520-3551 to compare vehicles for your concert date.

Bloomington Corporate Event Transportation
Bloomington is the Twin Cities metro's single largest concentration of hotel rooms outside of downtown Minneapolis — roughly 8,000 hotel rooms clustered along the I-494 corridor from Normandale Boulevard east to the airport. Every major convention at the Minneapolis Convention Center, the Bloomington Convention Center, or the hotels along American Boulevard creates the same logistical puzzle: how do you move 50, 100, or 500 attendees between headquarters hotels, off-site dinners, and event venues without burning the conference schedule on parking and Lyft coordination?
A Bloomington corporate shuttle on a minibus or charter bus runs a fixed loop between your hotel block and the event venue on your schedule — not on surge pricing. For executive transfers between MSP and a Bloomington headquarters hotel, a Sprinter van keeps arrivals seamless without the taxi-queue scramble at Terminal 1. Call 218-520-3551 any time to discuss fleet pricing for multi-day corporate shuttle contracts.

Bloomington Private Event Transportation Services
Bloomington hosts a steady calendar of large private events — corporate holiday parties at the Radisson Blu and JW Marriott at Mall of America, family reunions using the Convention Center's meeting spaces, and group outings tied to the metro's festival calendar. The Minnesota State Fair (held late August through Labor Day weekend at the State Fairgrounds in Falcon Heights, roughly 18 miles north of Bloomington via I-35W and I-94) draws more than 2 million visitors across its 12-day run, and parking near the fairgrounds runs $20–$30 on peak days with lot space that disappears before noon. A charter bus from Bloomington to the State Fair is a genuinely different experience — your group parks nothing, walks to nothing, and has a confirmed pickup time already set when the day ends.
For Bloomington private event transportation of any kind, call 218-520-3551 to talk through group size, itinerary, and the right vehicle. The Minnesota State Fair bus rental guide has detailed drop-off and shuttle logistics for that specific trip.

Bloomington Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Bloomington is home to two large public high schools — Jefferson Senior High and Kennedy Senior High — plus Lincoln High School, and prom season across the three campuses overlaps with nearly every other school in the south metro in a roughly four-week window each spring (late April through mid-May). That window is the single busiest stretch of the year for party bus rentals across Dakota, Hennepin, and Scott counties combined — and availability genuinely disappears for the most popular vehicle sizes if you wait until February or March to start looking.
For prom: book by December. Waiting until after winter break almost always means either paying a higher rate on whatever is left or settling for a vehicle that wasn't your first choice. Partybusstpaul.com makes it easy to compare vehicles, confirm your pickup plan, and lock in your date early — call 218-520-3551 as soon as your prom date is announced, or browse prom party bus options online right now.

Bloomington School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Coordinating transportation for a Bloomington school field trip means clearing the same logistical hurdles each time: parking near the destination, keeping headcounts accurate across multiple chaperones, and managing the return schedule when you're working around a venue's public visiting hours. The Minnesota Zoo (13000 Zoo Blvd, Apple Valley, MN 55124) is about 7 miles south of Bloomington's school campuses and operates a dedicated school group entrance — but it requires advance registration for group visits, and bus parking is coordinated through the group services office. The Science Museum of Minnesota in St. Paul (120 W Kellogg Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55102) is roughly 16 miles northeast via I-494 and requires prearranged group drop-off along Kellogg Boulevard.
A charter bus or minibus handles every leg of the trip without carpooling logistics, keeps students together from departure to return, and eliminates parking costs at both destinations. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just note that when you call 218-520-3551 or submit your quote request through the school event transportation page.

Bloomington Sporting Event Transportation
Bloomington sits almost exactly equidistant between U.S. Bank Stadium and Target Field in downtown Minneapolis to the north and the Minnesota Vikings' practice facility to the south — and getting a fan group to any of those venues on a game day without someone spending the whole ride stressed about parking is the whole reason a bus makes sense here. U.S. Bank Stadium (401 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55415) has very limited adjacent parking — the closest surface lots run $40–$60 on Vikings game days, fill by early afternoon, and require advance purchase through the team's parking portal. The rideshare pickup zone on game nights backs up significantly along 5th Street South after the final whistle.
A bus from Bloomington drops your group at the stadium's designated commercial vehicle zone and is back to pick everyone up on a schedule you've already confirmed — no scrambling for a rideshare in 20-degree November air. Target Field, Allianz Field in St. Paul, and Xcel Energy Center each have their own bus logistics worth knowing before you go — check the U.S. Bank Stadium bus guide, Target Field bus guide, and Allianz Field bus guide for specifics, then call 218-520-3551 to lock in your game day transportation.

Bloomington Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Bloomington's wedding venue landscape tends to split between the large hotel ballrooms along the I-494 strip — the JW Marriott, Radisson Blu, DoubleTree by Hilton — and standalone event spaces scattered across the south metro. The logistical challenge that catches most wedding planners off guard: when your guest hotel block is at a Mall of America property and your ceremony is 20 minutes away in Eagan or Burnsville, expecting guests to self-navigate on a Saturday evening in January produces late arrivals and a lot of frustrated texts to the wedding party.
A Bloomington wedding shuttle bus on a minibus or charter bus runs timed loops between the hotel block, the ceremony, and the reception venue — so your timeline stays intact and guests who flew into MSP aren't renting cars just to make one round trip. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for the bridal party on the day itself. Call 218-520-3551 to talk through your wedding weekend logistics and compare vehicle options.

Bloomington Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Twin Cities brewery scene has expanded dramatically across the south metro, and a Bloomington-based pub crawl has real stops to work with. Indeed Brewing, Surly Brewing (520 Malcolm Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414 — with a full restaurant and beer garden), and Modist Brewing in Minneapolis's North Loop are all reachable from Bloomington in under 30 minutes without traffic. Closer in, Sidekick Brewing operates in the south metro, and Forgotten Star Brewing in Fridley rounds out a day-trip option for hop-forward groups heading north.
For wine, Parley Lake Winery in Waconia (about 30 miles west on Highway 212) offers one of the metro's most established tasting experiences.
The whole point of a Bloomington pub crawl party bus is that nobody is managing designated-driver logistics — the group stays together, the itinerary runs on your schedule, and the bus handles every transition between stops. Call 218-520-3551 to compare vehicle sizes and rates for your tour date.

How much does a party bus cost in Bloomington?
Bloomington party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, day of the week, hours needed, and how far out your date is. As general planning ranges: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus typically falls in the $250–$375/hour range on weekends.
A full-size 40-56 passenger charter bus generally runs $200–$350/hour. These are planning estimates — your actual rate depends on your specific date and itinerary. The fastest way to get an exact quote: call 218-520-3551 or fill out the online form.
Pricing for your trip is available in about a minute. Visit the party bus prices page for more detail.
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. There is no account required to use Partybusstpaul.com. Fill out the quick online form or call 218-520-3551 — that's it. You'll get vehicle options and pricing for your trip without creating a profile, signing up for anything, or being put on a mailing list.
Which vehicle size is right for my group?
A quick rule of thumb: groups of 14 or fewer fit well in a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo. Groups of 15–35 typically work best in a minibus or a smaller party bus, depending on whether you want amenities like LED lighting and a sound system or a cleaner executive setup. Groups of 36–56 are best served by a full charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays and an onboard restroom.
If your group is right on the edge of a size category, call 218-520-3551 — a support team can walk you through the tradeoffs and help you decide.
What's the best way to get from Bloomington hotels to downtown Minneapolis venues?
The I-35W corridor from Bloomington to downtown Minneapolis runs about 10 miles and typically takes 15–20 minutes in normal conditions — but on Vikings game days, concert nights at U.S. Bank Stadium, and weekends when multiple downtown events overlap, that same drive can stretch to 45 minutes or more with parking nowhere near the venue once you arrive. A minibus or charter bus from your Bloomington hotel drops your group at the designated commercial vehicle zone near the venue and picks everyone up on a set schedule after the event — no circling, no parking costs, no post-event rideshare queue in a Minnesota winter.
How long can I rent a party bus in Bloomington?
Rental length is built around the itinerary you enter — this is something to confirm when you receive your quote. Call 218-520-3551 to ask specifically about the vehicle and itinerary you have in mind, and a support team can walk you through how different providers structure their rental windows so you find what fits your schedule.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance gives you the best vehicle selection and rate. For high-demand periods — prom season (late April through mid-May), the Minnesota State Fair run (late August through Labor Day), New Year's Eve, and summer wedding weekends — availability tightens 3–4 months out and rates climb as the date gets closer. For prom specifically: book by December.
Waiting until spring almost always costs more or results in no availability at the vehicle size you wanted. Call 218-520-3551 as soon as your date is confirmed to lock in the best options.
Popular Bloomington Party Bus Destinations
Bloomington sits at the center of one of the most event-dense corridors in the Twin Cities metro — with the Mall of America, MSP Airport, and quick access to downtown Minneapolis all within a few miles. Here are six destinations Bloomington groups travel to most, with the logistics you need to plan your trip right.

Mall of America
The Mall of America (60 E Broadway, Bloomington, MN 55425) is North America's largest shopping and entertainment complex — 5.6 million square feet, more than 500 stores, an indoor theme park, an aquarium, and a hotel connection directly attached to the building. For group events, Nickelodeon Universe inside the mall books private buyouts, and the attached hotel blocks are the most common origin point for Bloomington wedding shuttles and corporate group pickups. Charter bus and coach drop-off uses the South Avenue entrance off American Boulevard — large vehicles coordinate with mall operations for loading zone access.
Parking in the adjacent ramps runs $5–$10 depending on duration. For groups arriving from MSP Airport via the METRO Blue Line light rail, the Transit Station stop is directly beneath the mall — but a charter bus skips that connection entirely.
Address: 60 E Broadway, Bloomington, MN 55425 | Phone: (952) 883-8800

Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP)
MSP (4300 Glumack Dr, St Paul, MN 55111) handles more than 40 million passengers annually across two terminals — Terminal 1 (Lindbergh) and Terminal 2 (Humphrey). The two terminals are roughly 3 miles apart and served by entirely separate ground transportation staging areas on the lower Baggage Claim level of each. Terminal 1 is the larger of the two and handles most major carriers; Terminal 2 serves primarily Sun Country and some Southwest flights.
Commercial buses and prearranged shuttles stage in designated commercial lanes at the lower level of each terminal — do not dispatch the bus until your full group has cleared baggage claim and is assembled curbside, as MSP actively manages dwell time on the commercial curb. A Bloomington hotel bus transfer from MSP takes under 15 minutes to most I-494 properties under normal conditions.
Address: 4300 Glumack Dr, St Paul, MN 55111 | Phone: (612) 726-5555

U.S. Bank Stadium
U.S. Bank Stadium (401 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55415) is home to the Minnesota Vikings and hosts major concerts, college football bowl games, and the occasional Super Bowl-tier event. Surface parking within a quarter mile of the stadium runs $40–$60 on Vikings game days and sells out well in advance through the team's official parking portal — walk-up day-of parking is essentially unavailable near the building. The rideshare pickup zone is located on 5th Street South and backs up substantially after any high-attendance event.
Charter buses drop off along Chicago Avenue and the designated commercial vehicle zones on the stadium's east side. For groups coming from Bloomington, the I-35W run north to downtown is about 10 miles — manageable off-peak, but plan an extra 30 minutes on game days. See the U.S. Bank Stadium bus rental guide for full logistics.
Address: 401 Chicago Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55415 | Phone: (612) 777-8700

Xcel Energy Center
Xcel Energy Center (199 W Kellogg Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55102) is the home of the Minnesota Wild and one of the busiest concert venues in the Upper Midwest — it regularly ranks among the busiest arenas in North America by ticket sales. Parking in the immediately adjacent Lawson Commons and RiverCentre ramps runs $20–$30 on event nights and fills before showtime. Post-event rideshare queues along Kellogg Boulevard back up for 30–45 minutes on a sold-out Saturday night.
Commercial buses drop off and pick up along Kellogg Boulevard — the Xcel Energy Center bus rental guide has the specific approach and staging details. From Bloomington, Xcel Energy Center is about 17 miles northeast via I-35E.
Address: 199 W Kellogg Blvd, Saint Paul, MN 55102 | Phone: (651) 265-4800

Minnesota Zoo
The Minnesota Zoo (13000 Zoo Blvd, Apple Valley, MN 55124) sits about 7 miles south of central Bloomington via Cedar Avenue and is one of the most visited attractions in the state — around 1.3 million guests annually across its 500-acre grounds. School and group visits require advance registration through the zoo's group sales office, which coordinates dedicated group entry and bus parking in the designated tour bus lot near the main entrance off Zoo Boulevard. General parking is $7 per vehicle, but the bus lot has its own staging procedures and is separate from the main guest lot.
Summer weekends and school field trip season (May–June) create peak demand at the group entrance, so arriving early in the morning is strongly advised for large parties. A charter bus from Bloomington schools to the zoo is a short, manageable run with none of the carpool logistics.
Address: 13000 Zoo Blvd, Apple Valley, MN 55124 | Phone: (952) 431-9200

Target Field
Target Field (1 Twins Way, Minneapolis, MN 55403) is the home of the Minnesota Twins and one of the most transit-accessible stadiums in the country — the METRO Blue and Green lines stop at Target Field Station directly adjacent to the ballpark. Even so, parking in the North Loop ramps around the stadium runs $25–$40 on game days, and the blocks surrounding the stadium are routinely congested from 90 minutes before first pitch. Charter buses use designated commercial drop-off zones on 3rd Avenue North, which puts groups steps from the main gates rather than a 10-minute walk from a remote surface lot.
From Bloomington, Target Field is about 12 miles north on I-35W. The Target Field bus rental guide covers the commercial drop-off approach in full detail.
